As such, it is virtually useless for enhancing laser-reflectivity. I'd sorta call it a hoax... I returned it. Customer Rating: Summary: Absolutely "brilliant" target. Comment: I used this target while laying out the foundation for a barn I am building in the high country of New Mexico.
