Deliberately chose the smaller hedge trimmer so my wife could handle it easier since her hands are much smaller than mine. I am an out of shape ole geezer whose seen better days so a tool that is not only lighter but does the job well was fantastic. So far I really am glad I bought the trimmer and with the 25.00 gift certificate given to me by Amazon, I think I paid 16.00 for this trimmer which included shipping.
