Comment: The ladder was as advertised with one problem. The rubber wedge from one of the legs was missing. When I spoke to customer service I was told they couldn't send me one. They were willing to replace the ladder but this was totally unacceptable to me - it is a very heavy item and it would have been impossible for me to return the faulty one especially for such a simple problem. Instead, I was given a 10% refund. Big Deal. So I got in touch with the manufacturer who, no questions asked sent, me 4 rubber wedges almost immediately. Wonder why you couldn't have done something similar????

Comment: Cheaper than the junky one a nearby harware store sells and definitely better than that junky one. It holds my boyfriend and my weight together (270lb) so I guess it's stong enough. I'm satisfied.
