Summary: good set to own if you are in the construction business
Comment: I bought this set about 3 months ago. great set. It is nice to have a jig saw for those quick jobs. The planer works good for also quick jobs. if you hang doors this planer is quick for a few planes, especially if you have the porter cable battery router you can hang doors with out pulling out a elec cord. over all I like this set.

It also has a two-speed gearbox that offers up to 300 inch-pounds of torque in high-torque mode and up to 1,200 rpm in high-speed mode, as well as a reliable Bosch-built motor, a 16-position clutch, a tight-gripping 3/8-inch ratcheting chuck, and a soft ergonomic grip. Woodworkers who like the smooth, accurate performance of Bosch's jig saws will appreciate the cordless model included in this package. It has a smooth-running Bosch-built motor that delivers 0 to 2,000 strokes per minute with a 1-inch stroke length. It also has a great tool-free blade-changing system that allows for hands-free removal of hot or broken blades and a soft ergonomic grip. The cordless planer is full sized, offering a 3-1/4-inch width and up to a 1/16-inch planing depth. It also has chip ejection to either side and a ratcheting depth adjustment knob that allows for fine-tuning in increments from 0 to 1/16 of an inch.
