Comment: I was very pleasantly surprised after using this heater both last winter and this one (08-09). It is hot immediately (no waiting). I feel very safe with it on. Comment: I received this heater 10/21. I used it every day for about 2 hours total time. It unfortunately was dead by 12/27.
It was nice while it lasted, but 2 months? I will update post after contacting manufacturer.
It was portable, extremely bright light (as noted), but put out nice heat if you were directly in front of it. My cats already miss it.

Comment: I work at home and keep this near me. It keeps me toasty warm at the low heat setting, which saves a lot on my utility bill. This is a good value for the price. Very simple to use plus good safety features.

Comment: This heater is wonderful and I recommend it highly. Before we got this, we had one that just blew hot air and made the room very dry. It used a lot more power and made noise. This one is quiet and doesn't use as much power or dry out the room as much. We don't need to run the humidifier when we use it, and we always did with the other one. It also radiates light so it's a good night light but can be distracting sometimes. I usually like it because it reminds me of the sun which I miss dreadfully during the winter months. If you need a space heater this is definitely the kind you should buy!

Comment: This is a great heater. The light is much brighter than similar heaters, but I love it for my garage. Uses less power, 800 watts versus 1000w for others and projects more heat. Also the price is right! A good buy, may get one more.
