Summary: Best step ladder...EVER!
Comment: This step ladder is built! I would have to say that versatility and quality are very apparent. Both my wife and I feel safe using this item, and are most pleased to have it available for us. It is heavy, and it takes the both of us to remove it from its hooks, but then we simply "walk" the ladder where it is needed. We have been using it for the past year and do not wish to be without it!

Comment: This is a sturdy well made ladder that offers a very convenient adjustment range to work at the optimum height in my apartment (ceilings as high as 11 feet). Also, the tripod support system allows ladder to fit into tight corners and work close to walls. Amazon delivery was very quick; I got the ladder three days after ordering it!
