I prefer this drill over my Dewalt, B&D, and Craftsman. It did have some minor nicks and scratches on it, so you could tell it was a refurb. Two batteries and the battery level indicator are very nice features to have on a drill. Shipping was a little longer than usual for Amazon (10 days), but I can't complain.
