Customer Rating: Summary: Dead right from the start - Defective with NO SUPPORT! Comment: Bought the large combo kit. The first battery lasted about 10 minutes, and then nothing. The second battery never worked at all. Now both give me the "3 rapid blinking lights" indicating dead batteries. No help from Amazon, and none from Dewalt. I own so much Dewalt equipment, I don't want to begin to count them. But when something like this happens, it tarnishes their reputation to me so badly that I have serious doubts I would ever buy one of their products again. Mailed Amazon and was told to mail Dewalt, Dewalt never answered. Called the hotline , told battery's not covered and told to contact Amazon. Send Amazon second mail and no reply. I buy a lot of stuff from here and this is the first problem I have ever experienced but to know that there is absolutely no support for defective items is an eyeopener, now I shop with that in mind.
