The pieces seem to have some smelly grease covering them, which isn't much of a problem if you're okay with getting your hands dirty. I've only used them once so far, and it was slightly inconvenient to take time out to wash my hands to get rid of the grease. If I could dock a fraction of a star for that, I would.
