Summary: Good design, but not a 12 footer.
Comment: This ladder is a clever design. It was fairly easy to use and to carry around. I did have to return it though. The claim is that this ladder functions as a 12-foot extension ladder. That is incorrect. The ladder only extends to 8 1/2 feet. You may be able to reach something 12 feet high when standing on this ladder, but don't expect to be able to lean this ladder against anything 12 feet high like you can with a traditional 12 foot extension ladder.
