Summary: Great Buy!
Comment: Lowes had a similar model (without the Equalizer System) for the same price. A much better buy for this model. Combine that with just over $30 for shipping, and it was a steal. The only downside was that the first ladder was damaged by the shipping company. Amazon had the replacement out within a week...using a different shipping company :) Very happy customer.

Comment: This ladder works great and is well built. Delivered to my door in 3 days for 35 bucks! How can you go wrong. The leveling system is just what I needed as my house is built on a slope.
