Comment: I have owned many, many string trimmers in my life. Most have been electric, one was battery and one was gas. Most of them worked fine for awhile and then began giving trouble such as the line tangling every now and then and annoyingly retracting into the head. This trimmer though is without a doubt the worst piece of junk I have EVER had. First of all, despite what they say, it's way too heavy. Secondly, it has a safety button on the handle which you have to keep pressed in with your thumb while squeezing the trigger with the same hand. Also, the trimmer guard has kind of a bubble sticking out of the front (see the picture) which prevents you from getting close to the wall or house foundation. Lastly, they claim that it has something like 3.7 HP which is normally pretty good but this thing kept bogging down, even in pretty low grass. I attempted to use this thing one time and that's it for me. Tomorrow, it gets returned. Save your money...it's not even worth the time to assemble it which is easy by the way. JUNK!
