Comment: The Starrett CP505A-12 ProSite Protractor is a great step-up over the original. The improved version includes the angle/miter-cut reader that made the first one so popular, along with some added features. What's new is a table on the back that gives the user an easy reference for setting compound miter angles for any wall configuration. On a recently completed crown moulding job with various angled walls, the compound miter table did all of the math; that feature alone makes it worth the price. In addition there is a protractor and roof pitch scale on the back. I would highly recommend this protractor to anyone who regularly deals with angles in their work.
