Comment: This small compressor/nailer kit is a great value. Nailers were new, with a reconditioned compressor, which worked great and had no obvious cosmetic or functional issues. Had it for about a month and it is doing wonderful.

Comment: From reading the reviews, it appears that whoever reconditions these things isn't real careful about what they put in the box. Some say they didn't get fasteners, several said they didn't get an air hose. I got a box of 1000 fasteners for each of the guns, a 50' hose, and an accessory kit with another 25' hose and a bunch of fittings, tire gauge, air nozzle, etc.
So far, everything works great. The compressor and all 3 guns appear to be nearly new. The brad nailer has some black smudges on the plastic contact tip but otherwise, they could pass for new. From the time I opened the box, it took only 10 min. to be filling a scrap 2x4 with nails from all 3 guns. It's very fast & simple to set up.
If you haven't used an air nozzle, try it. They're very useful for blowing dirt out of car air filters, getting another month out of a furnace filter, and many other uses. I put a tapered faucet washer over the end for a seal and use it to blow out my drip watering system in the fall. This kit came with a rubber nozzle that will do the same thing easier.

Comment: Arrived early. Came well packaged, but not in original packaging. All items...manuals, nails, hose, etc. were there. Could not tell it from new. Used it for a full day, using brad nailer and finish nailer for door and floor mouldings. Not one misfire, jam or problem. The compressor came to full pressure quickly, and rarely cycled on. The hose was long enough to go many places in my house leaving the compressor (and noise) outside. Not mentioned in the instructions, the depth adjustments on the guns seem to only fine tune the depth of the nails. Adjusting the regulator for the hose pressure seems to be much more effective.
I had originally been shopping for the Porter Cable combo kit, because a handyman working at my house had one, but all of them were much more expensive, even reconditioned. Compared to the Porter Cable, this one was quieter and cycled on less frequently. I am no pro, but the guns seem to be of comparable quality. I would choose it again.

Comment: I was remodeling our kitchen cabinets with trim and paint. Bought this combo to mount all the trim. Received it all in the box as described. Compressor and guns worked flawlessly. I installed app. 130 linear feet of trim with out a hitch. I would recommend it for sure.

Comment: Couldn't beat the 3 gun combo kit. Price was great and included the air hose that other refurbished models did not. Free shipping was the cap on the deal.

This is a reconditioned power tool. Reconditioned generally means that the tool has been returned to the manufacturer, who brings the tool back to like new condition. Some tools may contain cosmetic blemishes.
