Summary: **Verstatile tool for jobs around the house**
Comment: I bought this thermometer to find the radiant heat coils in my floor. It worked perfectly and I soon was able to diagram all the runs within each of our six zones. From there, I found I could use this for finding cold spots around windows, outlets and even within our walls where insulation had settled or was missing. And then I was able to check refrigerator, oven temps, etc. Versatile and easy to use. And it has a great distance to spot ratio of 12:1. Highly recommended!

Comment: The build quality of this infrared thermometer is great, good design and feels very solid. The laser provides pinpoint accuracy on the surface that is being measured. I found the readings to be very accurate +/- 2 degrees for an instrument in this price range. The display is easy to read and the 15-second automatic shut-off is perfect.

Comment: Shipped very quickly. Build quality isn't top notch, but for the price it's satisfactory. But as an Infrared thermometer it works exceptionally well. It's accurate, gives instant spot readings over all types of surfaces and temperature ranges. It's a joy to use. Point and shoot and you know instantly if your air-con's working correctly, where the draughts are, and how hot is the radiator?
Like it a lot. Will get a more durable (and expensive) thermometer next year. Great budget tool!
